Add a dash of cinnamon. (pretend you're at Starbucks)

Sometimes a pinch of salt on the grounds before brewing can help. Also using filtered or bottled water can make a difference in some cases.
Personally, when I’m taking a caffeine break, I switch to a rooibos or other tea that doesn’t have the stimulant effect.
There are lots of tasty flavour options out there if that might be something you’d be into trying. 🫖

honestly I drink decaf and prefer it to regular coffee it takes sometime to get used to but eventually you won't even notice the difference.

Dandelion coffee/tea is a better substitute than decaffeinated from a chemistry perspective. The process to remove the caffeine requires solvents unless you specifically look for carbon dioxide decaffeinated process versus grinding dandelions for a similar bitter taste.
