Hi All FC'S, How are you all doing? I am tired but good. done 20,944 steps, hola hoop and bike so happy. Jim is still in hospital he as caught a bug need antibiotics also a swollen knee he can not stand on it or bend it too painful. But I have been talking to others who have experience the same and its common so nothing to worry about so fingers crossed we can sort it all out. a few more days but hopefully nothing else will happen.
