lepas kontrol wkwkwk i eat what i want. sambil merasa bersalah tp tetap makan, kembali stressfull eating gara2 kerjaan gak abis2, workout gak ada, pulang kerumah capek mauny lgs rebahan. yaa gakpapaaa yaaaa, mari kita defcal dan workout lagi. semingguan ternyata turun 1kg segini mayan lah. walau kdang craving banget manis2 😣😣 bener2 gula tu bkin addicted yaa, gak boleh keseringaaann 🤦♀️🤦♀️
