Lazy breakfast- 309g mango, espresso with 108ml caramel premier protein shake(1/3 of a bottle), strawberry light+fit Greek yogurt with 14g honey roasted peanuts(tastes like pb&j) & a Millville coffee cake fiber bar. 499 kcal, 27.5g protein & 12.6g fiber!
