Almost 3 lbs up since Sunday because that was the last time I went to the bathroom. I can feel it and it sucks. Taking stuff to help me go. My system so so damn sluggish all the time even though I drink a good amount of water, have fruit with fiber and have added chia seeds a couple of days and nothing. Tried probiotics and everything else and nothing seems to work except for my trusty Prunelax and sometimes that takes days to kick in. Sometimes I don’t take it because I go to the office the following day but screw it, not going to let that stop me moving forward.
