So far this cleanse has not left me feeling hungry. Weight loss is about 1 lb per day. Blood sugar readings have made a dramatic drop. Last night bedtime check was 87, this morning was 121, this evening 116. That is down from a usual 150-160 morning and evening reading. I think I will continue this Gundry 30 day challenge. It has been so hot here in North Texas this week that I have stayed inside as much as possible. Any gardening has to be done in the mornings, and not very much of it. Not walking either! I need to start back doing some indoor exercise.
