Really struggling recently. Just can't commit to my healthy eating and exercise - the mindset has gone. The thought of not eating whatever I want to eat makes me anxious. So does the thought of gaining more weight. I hate this. I need food, I crave food. I am miserable without it. I am miserable with it :-(
