Morning All. I'd just like to share this information.
Somebody referred me to a page on Facebook called Macros Inc. They are extremely helpful on this app, as they have professionals that help you find your macro goals, according to what your preferences are (weight loss, maintenance, or bulk/muscle building). I was struggling to find a comfortable place to maintain my weight to what it is now, even if I can still drop another 3kgs. That will come with time. This page has helped me to find the correct place I should be at, as well as working out your p,f,c macros as well! Great help! If any of you are struggling, feel free to join this page. They don't judge and are very helpful and there's tons of information here that we can soak up!
