Did a late afternoon workout again yesterday. Like I said, different beasts workout at that time. I realize now it seems to be the power lifters. Different crowd, different mindset. Today, I'm back to my regular 5am workout. Missed it! I under ate on Saturday so I made up for it with a pasta dinner last night 😊 Today, back to regular eating schedule. Push Day was real work. I felt like a rest day was a good idea haha. Might just be cause i worked out yesterday afternoon, I was feeling fatigued slightly. Pushed anyways and I hit my max rep ranges on Incline for first 2 sets. Should be hitting for all 3 sets next cycle! And then, graduate weight! Keep progressing!
