I did some yard work and am going through some old paper work to burn and am making salad dressings, sorting/bagging snacks, boiling eggs, making a special meal for Father'S Day.

Hi, Lonnie. Good to hear you. My new friend visited my place, and I treated her with my healthy foods. Also, I gave her my world best banana walnut bread as a gift. She also brought me a buddha statue. Today, I got foot and hand massage from machines and had some exercise with twister board. Also, watching Netflix of Sir. David Attenborough's Our Planet 2 is my free time activity. Happy Father's Day, Lonnie! 💖

Riding bicycle, it’s my daily therapy. Without this I literally fall into depression.
