PUSH DAY today. I seem to have hit my plateau on Incline Presses. We'll see what happens on the next Push Day. if so, we'll need to figure something out to push forward. Nutrition has been great. Hovering around the 3000kCal target. I've been feeling really good and very capable. My blood flow is great. My stamina is great. We're rocking and rolling. Always room for improvement. When you work on yourself, the possibilities are endless. ALWAYS PUSH YOURSELF BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL!
