Sleep has been plentiful. Though I've woken up later than usual the last few days due to some later work schedules. It has somewhat thrown me off 😅 I actually thought it was Friday yesterday. I woke up at 8:20am and was rushing to get the kids ready for school 🤣 With that, I also failed to meet my kCal. That ALSO slipped my mind. So yesterday I missed my target by 478kCal, BUT I wasn't feeling hungry 🤔 I always forget to mention that I've started taking cold showers. Started about 5 days ago. It's gotten easier and easier. At first I was hyping myself up to jump in. Now I'm walking in. Great for recovery and I heard it has something to do with protein synthesis. Not sure if it's true, but you never know until you try. Too much he say, she say. Do it for yourself and then make an opinion. Heading into week 4, I'm cutting my cardio time by 50% but increasing intensity by 33% and adding in abs everyday. I'm starting to see the abs and the muscles before the obliques. Those love handles always come off last hahaha.
