GOALS FOR JULY: Mini-Weight Goal- 170 to mark off on profile page with measurements Measurements Goal- Lose inches & reshape everywhere(lift,firm,tone,sculpt)Size 14 Months Goals- Continue to feel good about the real efforts Im putting forth in being my awe thin TIC self :D Focus on living the lifestyle that will transform me inside & out to be my awe thin TIC self :D Lose 8 lbs & 8" of excess fat!(165.1) ULTIMATE GOALS: (For the #'s please read my Bio.) 1)I want to live my life free of counting cal's,fats,carbs,pro's,etc.,stepping on a scale or taking my measurements to determine if I meet a standard set by myself or another.Where food isn't the focus every 2-3 hours,all day long. By EATING CLEAN I have found that I dont need to do *any* of those things! Eating the foods that Jehovah God provides & in the way that He intended them to be ate with our bodies,that He designed, does away with not only all that I mentioned above but *I* have discovered that it does away with the excess pounds & inches as well!I will continue to do the above mentioned until I feel I have made CLEAN EATING *my* lifestyle habit. 2)I want to live my life where there is no need to "fit in" a workout! By moving my body in ways thru out the day that use the muscles I would be exercising on a machine & working up a sweat whether I'm at work or at play makes me feel good inside & out.I love that I have a Golds Gym at home but there are days that its difficult to "fit it in",especially after I have spent an 8 hour day landscaping! *I* have discovered quite by accident that there are certain ways we can move our bodies as we go thru out our busy days that work just as good as the weights in a Gym,BUT we still must work up a sweat! Fortunately *my* job allows me to do so,at times :D
