OK I am on nights all week now so you have to forgive my diet. When I work nights all I want to eat is carbs carbs carbs, does anyone know why? I'm sure there must be some kind of scientific reasoning but basically it means lots of bread this week! I might attempt the gym after some of my shifts though, or a jog :)
