Happy Friday peeps! I’m a daily weigher. I see the daily fluctuations. Ate less than my normal calories yesterday and saw a small drop. Been pretty much holding steady for a while now. Still trying to lose more.

I can gain 3 pound on Monday and lose 2 pounds on Tuesday. A quart of water weighs 2.2 pounds so I don’t stress about the day to day but I also weigh daily.

Yes thank you, I’ve been holding steady within a few lbs for over a month, trying to see when I will lose more or just stay here forever!
