Starting this journey... again. It's hard to manage, along with everything else I have to juggle on a daily basis. I'm not happy with my body. I wish I could be. I'm just not.

All you have to do is decide on the goals you want to attain. That will give you you're macros to work towards each day. Drink plenty of water [close to a gallon a day] be active either in a gym or home. Attempt to shoot for 7500 to 10k steps a day. It's really not that hard to do. It's just a matter of deciding enough is enough. That you want the body/health you want more than you want the less than healthy things.

Heck, I'm currently on the sedentary side and losing weight... there's serious power in taking a diet seriously AND not beating yourself up over little mistakes.
