My dinners tend to be higher calories, to stay at or below 1800 I've reduced portion sizes for breakfast and lunch. Bodytech protein whey isolate with coffee is my new breakfast but when consuming this at lunch I add half a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. I've been suffering DOMS from trying to increase muscle size so I only use this post workout on lifting days.

Fordtutor37 , yes sweet northern corn bread, mashed taters, asparagus, broccoli, 3 roasted turkeys, salad, dressing, corn on the cob, gravy. Grand kids didn't show up so I sent them a picture of what they missed.
