Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Up a tad. I seem to be staying close to my goal within a pound or so. As I mentioned, I have been walking. I’ve reduced the number of steps the past few days. I only did 2 miles yesterday but got in 16,174 steps. My feet / ankles killed me last night. Decided to rest today but plan to Aquasize. I really missed my morning walk but I don’t want to make things worse.
Had fun with my granddaughter yesterday! 💕 She’s getting so big and changes constantly! 💕 She loves playing hide ‘n seek. Before she left, she hid Papa’s coaster… 🤣🤣🤣 Too funny! And, the first time she’s done that.
