Just 20 days 🗓️ of calorie restriction, eating healthy 🍎🥦🥗 and an average of 8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ steps daily….and I have started to feel the difference.
My stomach feels less bloated and more toned, and my digestion has improved tremendously. I haven’t weighed myself, but I am feeling a lot lighter
