Took stuff to help me go to the bathroom yet again so that helped. I feel like crap, coughing all night and all morning, chest hurts and throat hurts from coughing. Took a Covid test out of curiosity but the chances of having it again after having it in March/April, it was negative. Need to up my water intake and skip coffee today and tomorrow. Well at least it’s Friday
