Very Very slow progress… but progress non the less… my first reaction was to be disappointed! Hoping for more… but then I remembered that I am trying to be kinder to myself. I made progress and progress is progress. I am eating well… no cheats at all… meaning if I did have something that would not be considered “diet” such as a glass of wine, I was still under my calorie allotment. No processed sugar! No desserts that aren’t fruit. I need to recognize that this is progress and it is not just about the weight. Although for me, the weight thing feels pretty big.
I also get to share my feelings, struggles and success with such a great community. This is the one thing I have never done before when dieting … I think it is making a big difference! Thanks for being such a supportive community
