Ok, I am going to rant! I ate the fewest number of calories yesterday and gained .2..: 🤬 I wasn’t going to log it cause I was so discouraged … then I said… bleep it… I am trying to stay accountable ../ log it … complain about it and then get on with it. My biggest fear was saying bleep it and have some ice cream … so far so good. Stayed way under … ate clean .. drinking lots of water and hopefully tomorrow my weight will head in the right direction
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
