What a nice surprise, losing a whole 2lbs! I am having the usual 'getting older' complaints from my body and possibly my 10 year old hip needs a rest. But now the weather is improving and I go to the allotment more that of course is my exercise. Potatoes have been planted, 1 more variety to go in, then time to think about what else I'm going to grow. I haven't been this weight for some time so it's a plus.
