how much do you guys trust the in-app RDI calculator? I went off what I thought I could lose weight and I'm just feeling tired and cranky all the time.

Yes, google "BMR Calculator" and thats a number you want to stay above. Add 100-500(or more, you know you best) calories and thats a good range to stick around. Lots of people dont like the given calories on here- says its too high.
