🔥Difference between photo 3 kg.
I don't stress my body with cardio. I realized that I overeat because of stressful training. I do gymnastics, yoga and walk every day at least 10 thousand steps.

Congrats on the 6lbs! These pics are difficult to see a huge difference. Looks like you lost some around the navel. It doesn't look like all 6lbs came off there. You might have lost some in other areas as well. Make sure to take measurements so you know where the loss is coming from. Keep it up!
