Well isn’t that pretty?! LOL! Definitely wasn’t expecting that, I was thinking about half a pound max. But I think this confirms my thoughts that a lot was inflammation. Hubby, who is a PT, worked on all my sore muscles last night and this morning I woke with no migraine for the first time since last Friday night and minimal pain in my shoulders and neck compared to where it’s been all week.
