BAD weekend! Even 1 and a half donuts from Dunkin Donuts! sigh, really gotta put the push on this week! Will be visiting my son & daughter-in-law for a long weekend and I know it'll be hard to keep on track then. Ugh, so really a new calorie low today and tried a bit at the gym, but couldn't get on the treadmill. (You know when you have a favorite treadmill among a bunch of them and someone else is on it?)

Tried one of the machines called the Helix, but my knees won't hold up on it. ah well....back to the grind this week.....
78.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
