Proud of myself for being discipled with food, and for 2 workouts so far. I even managed to skip snacks for the most part, maybe eventually I'll get to intermittent fasting. I don't really want to, but if I face platoe I'd give it a try. I also ordered some supplements and superfoods to nourish my body 🤩
77.7 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

It becomes an everyday thing after a month. No worries.

Thanks, that's the hope😊 I always wonder why did I stop eating healthy so many times after hitting a milestone. I guess because I treat it as a temporary diet to lose weight, rather than a lifestyle and care for my body.

Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint, and that gives you an opportunity to develop good eating habits that you can live with for the rest of your life. Good luck on your journey.
