Still seems like walking is by far the best form of cardio for weight loss. The more intense workouts, or strength training causes weight fluctuations wildly sometimes, I assume because of water loss and retention for muscle rebuilding during DOMS. Consist walking, average 9k steps a day with eating at a -800 average caloric deficit works, and works well
