Egg muffin prep for the week & some for the freezer. Leftover ham, broccoli, orange peppers, tomatoes, baked potatoes, from Easter dinner then a little pepper jack cheese.

Oggicesole, I cooked these in the oven 350 25 minutes, when it was cool weather. This muffin tin won't fit in my microwave. When I use a bowl in the microwave, 3 eggs with some veggies, maybe cheese, 2.30 minutes. You'll have to play around with your microwave to cook them how you like.
