So spring break starts well, with me relaxing my fasting regiment and eating almost normally.
I am a firm believer in YOLO and as such there is a time to be strict and a time to enjoy and recharge.
With that said though I love being active especially if i don't have to work for 8h a day and build my life around that schedule :)
It is also going to be interesting to see how far back 1 week will push me as well as how long it is going to take me to get back down to 166lb or to eventually hire my 160lb goal.
