I am so fed up with my weight completely yoyoing... I am trying so hard to eat properly.. I am sticking with in my calories and I have been told by someone that I should be eating more calories for what I burn off as my body is storing what I eat as fat... I am so confused with it all... I really don't think I am doing this right... If anyone could give me any advice over this I would really appreciate it.

Maybe they are right, maybe they are wrong maybe I have the wrong amount of calories.. I don't know :( I am feeling rather peeved right now. HELP!!!!

@GilesBathgate I am glad the toaster works well, yes my Dad used to say that the food created for diabetics tasted nice but it was all about measuring how much you had because of the effects it had like you say the laxative effects. He was so self controlled with his diet. I guess that is the key with any diet its the self control for it.

I am not diabetic at the moment no.. But there is a family history, a hereditary condition. I am trying to find a diet that like you say prevents diabetes but I believe its very similar :)

Another thing that you should also do is stop looking at this as a diet it has to be a lifestyle or healthy eating plan , I have eaten clean 95% of the year for the last 7 years the other 5% is holidays , cheat meals the odd party here and there . If you call it a diet you put a time limit on it i.e 12 weeks or 15 weeks giving you a set time to lose weight then go back to eating as before . This is where the selfcontrol and the willpower come in .

Very important is to eat clean carbs, clean fat and clean proteins. Since when i started to eat good C, F and P I lost. In 72 days I lost 7 kilos. Very important is what we eat and how we move. Last September i used to be 98 kilos and today I am 85 kilos. What also helps is smoothie. For making smoothies I use nutribullet. If you are not diabetic then its not point to eat food for diabetic. Just eat and get good things to your body.

"I am trying so hard to eat properly.. " Maybe you should be to yourself more gentle and more accepting the way where you are now because there where you are now you will not be all the time. Give it time and treat yourself with respect and love. Usually when we try to beat up our self in some goals we usually fail. I say one thing - step by step and be focused in one thing and everything else will come in place in right time :o] I will be glad to help you and share with you my experience.
