I would just love to go get a Friday night fish fry! But I better not. 😉

I worked out yesterday w my 15 pound dumbbells and a HIIT, walking only today. I LOVE fried catfish! However, I really don’t eat fried foods from restaurants anymore as they typically use hydrogenated vegetable oils. If I get a hankering for fried foods, I do it at home and use avocado oil. Have a good weekend! Sunny ☀️ and 70 today here in Arkansas!

I worked out yesterday. It was my leg squats & deadlift day with lots of reps so Saturday and Sunday are rest days for me!
