August 12th/09 - I went over again. ugh who knew whatever you eat would add up so fast. I would have been on target with my cals but chips ahoy cookies got the best of me. (I had 4) usually would almost eat the whole damn bag. But I did get 30mins at the gym/cardio yesterday.
August 13th/09 - I am going to try my best to drink all of my 14 glasses of water, and also stay inside my calorie range. I may go over a bit because I am going for dinner with my girlfriend, and when I go out I like to enjoy what I eat... & pretend I'm not on my diet, and I won't get any exercise in, because my gym closes at 9!
