Bouncing around like a yo-yo 😂 But my average is trending down so I'll take it. I weigh every day to keep myself accountable but don't take every weigh in to heart. I understand things bounce around a bit throughout the journey.

Yes! I used to write down my daily weight and then take an average at the end of the week. It's great for seeing overall trends.
