reporting a win: today i ate intuitively (though trying to eat less) without tracking anything until the end of the day. amazingly I finished with 10 calories below my goal and almost 40% protein. I've been feeling fluffy lately since I've had trouble adjusting my diet to a new daily routine over the past month but i may finally be able to break the streak. i don't want to have to weigh all my food, it's annoying. if i ate intuitively every day and stayed skinny in the past, i can do it again. i am still afraid to get on the scale but maybe in a few days I'll feel better.
