Been a really tough week.. Not eaten anything properly. Last weekend went to Redditch, this weekend stayed at home. My sister has been in hospital for a week and is now home, albeit she is wishing her twin girls would hurry up and come along very soon as she has had enough of this pregnancy she has been unwell with it from day 1. Unfortunately we've struggled with her. The past week we have had my Nephew staying with us and in all fairness I think the worry over my sister and the added stress of my nephew being here has had an effect on my IBS which I have with my FMS has helped with the weight loss but also all the rubbish I have been eating has been past straight through.. which in some cases is good. Off to put my Avon out and then home for whatever is thrown my way lol.. Good luck on all weigh ins and keep happy and healthy till another day :) Tata Xxx
