I did not make my goal by my birthday... which was yesterday. I did not record what I ate yesterday either. At least went swimming & counted that for exercise! Maybe I will make my goal weight before my next birthday! My new goal is to lose 9 pounds before 09/09/09! Can I do it? I don't know! But even if I lost 4.5 by then I would be happy!
