A .2 gain, but I'm not unhappy! Considering we were away at a conference with friends all weekend and I really didn't follow ANY diet at all, a little .2 gain is WONDERFUL! We did do a bit of walking - especially around the Gettysburg battlefields - and I did climb one of the observation towers (considered that my cardio for the day!), so all in all, I'm a happy camper!

However, it's Monday now and back to the diet and paying attention to what I put in my mouth and get some structured exercise in. Today is my honey's birthday, so we'll be celebrating tonight with dinner out, which means extra exercise beforehand!

Now if I can get the poison ivy rash to subside, that would be the icing on the cake (so to speak) - does scratching count as exercise? LOL
80.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
