Just For Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan (CICO)
Miami and Fort Lauderdale were so much fun! Walking, dinners, an art gallery and the Miami City Ballet - modern dance.
The Airbnb had the most gorgeous tropical landscaped yard where I relaxed so much in the swing chair.
The meals were very fresh and clean - lots of fresh vegetable salads, stuffed zucchini, and nice egg sandwiches at a restaurant called Pura Vida - like in Costa Rica! One night we had Italian antipasto, gnocchi and gelato. And, of course, a glass of my favorite Italian wine, Valpolicella!
