The gym felt AMAZING!!! Made a 3.3 mile run and a few weights…. 😅 👍

I am going to get outside some and pick up limbs if need be and probably will. I am going to see about clearing my walking path. Help hubby hang a cabinet over the washer and dryer. Do chores outside like burning the trash, taking out the compost, taking out the recyclables. Do some paperwork.

Just finished my 90th workout this year (a little hiit/yoga) and will do some treadmill later today. It was a bit cold at -25 today to be playing outdoors. 😆 The sun is shining, though! Just a few more months until I can see the grass again.

Great job! I went to work 🤣 Before that, I did strength training and jumping on my little trampoline for 35 min!! Then I ran around for 12 hours at work.

Knocked out the Combos Marathon in Albany, Georgia. Had a great time burning about 4500 calories.
