riduculously pleased to be back where I was 1 1/2 years ago! Now to get the remaining 2 stone shifted - this time for good.....

only been to the gym once :(
had a relapse Monday, but been pretty good until the barbeque last night - had every intention of being good, but fresh bread rolls - tooooo tempting.

But on plus side went to cinema and pizza hut with kids and OH - I was so good - had chicken salad when they had pizza, and nuts when they had popcorn - if I can do that, I can do anything - I hope :)
82.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

Back to the future...keep on winding back that clock. I totally eliminate bread it is certainly tough but in really has helped me. Meat and salad has almost become a staple, not to mention nuts nuts nuts!
