riduculously pleased to be back where I was 1 1/2 years ago! Now to get the remaining 2 stone shifted - this time for good.....
only been to the gym once :( had a relapse Monday, but been pretty good until the barbeque last night - had every intention of being good, but fresh bread rolls - tooooo tempting.
But on plus side went to cinema and pizza hut with kids and OH - I was so good - had chicken salad when they had pizza, and nuts when they had popcorn - if I can do that, I can do anything - I hope :)
