Tried to make over medium eggs. Ended up with over hard but they still came out perfect for me. Not mad at it. I will get the hang of over medium though! Love a good custardy yolk. Happy Thursday Good People! 🌞

I turn the heat down as soon as the eggs start to cook & take the pan off the heat if I'm making toast. I have an electric stove, so the burner stays hot.

My husband adds a few tablespoons of water to his pan and then puts the lid on it steams the whites without cooking up the yokes.
