tomorrow weigh-in. i know it will not be under 87. Since my formula works this is actually a perfect score:
(formula: 1400 + 100 kcal for each hour of workout in D1-zone + 200 Kcal for each hour of workout in the D2-zone + 400 kcal for each hour of workout in the D3-zone)
3500 kcal is approxemately a pound lost (450 grams). I want to lose the (for my body) maximum of 0.8 kilo next week: that means i must reduce my diet with 750 kcal each day.
lets see how that works out... (*lol*)
all in preparation of saturday. Then i'll be cycling my first century (100 km - 62.14 miles) I am planning a route with no shortcuts, so it is not a matter of "IF" but a matter of "HOW"... on the other hand i am allowed to eat 1400+5*400-750 = 2650 kcal (yeah!)
i'll check in with you guys on sunday! If i don't ill be on my bed moaning (*lol*)
love maud.

3500 calories lost is 1 pound, so 450 grams Maud. Good luck with your weight loss.

True that this weightloss journey is not about luck, Casamielle. But it is very nice anyway that you would wish me that i do not run a flat, or too many traffic lights (*lol*) or rain.
