Hi everyone, I’m new here! 👋🏽 I’ve struggled with weight all my life but now after a baby (June 2019), a hypothyroidism diagnosis and a crap load of pandemic weight. I’m trying to lose weight in a healthy way. Trying not to resort to old habits of an eating disorder I had in my teen-early 20s. I’d really love support and accountability from likeminded people who are on the same journey.
