I am not sure where my journal entries are going....hmm
Well, I haven't been tracking my food like I should. For whatever reason, I am SO tired by the end of the day. I did see my primary care doc and she was extremely happy with the changes I have made and the blood sugars I am getting but says that my body is probably in shock right now which is why they are not constant and steady yet.
She says we are shooting for a 25lb loss by July 10th so as to start removing more of my medications. I'd like to have lost more than that!!!
Either way.....JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!!
