Happy NEW week, my FS Friends!
Just For Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan. (Calorie Count, I/F 16:8)
I just completed a 24 hour fast from dinner Saturday to dinner Sunday. I have done 36 hour fasts before so this wasn't too hard. Usually, I have not found it impacts my weight loss though, so I stay with CICO, OMAD, and lower carb plans.
I have been working too much which has created stress - so I am blowing off a weekend training and flying down to Miami for a weekend of art museums, ballet and sunshine!
Idiot Box says 186.2 today so I am still revolving around the posted weight. I am not yet discouraged, but know I have to change something to get it moving...HA HA...means I need to get my butt moving more!
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?
Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
