Hi Merry Mel, keto aka ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that teaches your body to fuel itself on fat instead of on carbs. You become a fat-burning machine with way more energy and mental clarity! Look up Dr Ken Berry's videos on YouTube for how to get started with keto and/or carnivore. With keto, you can eat some veggies as well. Unfortunately, fibre is not my friend so I prefer carnivore (meat and dairy only).

I need some help here I’ve been on keto for 16 days on 13g carbs but ketosis is very minimal I don’t exercise due to Disabilty can manage a walk when it’s nice & sunny was hoping to go carnivore today but running low on eggs & protein so tomorrow will start am I doing it right ? Any suggestions welcome
