Update:

I have been drinking water ever since I got up this morning which is really healthy for me. I have these sick motion swings when I work out. But, I think it comes from not working out for so long especially during the winter when it is really cold outside. But Hopefully, I can just push through he sickness and emotions and get better as time goes on.
