Just For Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan. (Calorie Count, I/F 16:8)
I am back to logging and counting after my work trips, and feel so much better in control again.
Loss of Control is scary and uncomfortable for me...it is like the food can take over.
DOES anyone else have that feeling? Stupid french fries...my husband brought them home and I had no control today! BUT, I stayed in the calorie count for the day!
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?
Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
